A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. Very good and interesting list, maybe I should re-listen to Pavlovs Dog - I don't remember them being that good, but it was a long time ago.
Outstanding chart - love to see Hölderlin (even if No. 2 is a bit too high)

Hello NickVolos, that is an impressing Krautrock Progrock list! You seem to be a big Kraut expert.
Nice to have some pre-punk, pre-wave bands in the end.
