"All perfectly serviceable songs, no real lows, but the main problem with the album is that there isn’t a really brilliant song on here that blows your socks off. The closest to brilliance here would be the opener and the closer which are both great."  Reply

"Years after its release, I have found what I initially considered to be merely a "good" album, is actually one of the best albums. The vibrant energy juxtaposed to the sometimes antithetical lyrics, the snarky teen angst, the clever wordplay. Every line in every song is worth repeating in your he..."  [+]  Reply

"This is a really good album with all the songs working really well together. An eclectic mix of songs and influences for the album but it is certainly one of his best."  Reply

"A very pleasant glitchy experience. I understand the concern about the length of the tracks, but it's a record with ambient overtones that you luxuriate in really. similarly to a brian eno record that goes on for quite a long time with little variation, one just has to let "loop-finding-jazz-reco..."  [+]  Reply

"Maybe it's because I was too excited for this and set the bar too high, but I sadly found it a bit underwhelming, it left something more to be desired. I fail to see how this comes even close to his best work. Still, there were some great moments, like the self-titled track."  Reply

"With Frampton Comes Alive, one of the best live album you can find. Paul took some songs, like Venus and Mars/Rock Show, Maybe I'm Amazed, and gave them new life here. Long and Winding Road is so good on here. Actually all the songs he does from the Venus and Mars album, sound so much better on t..."  [+]  Reply

"MetaL MetaL has such a cool sound. The guitar and saxophone play off of each other very well and the lead singer's voice is gorgeous. My favourite track would have to be Oya."  Reply
