"Missing the Symphonic Dances (about 9 of them) that really make this something more, but overall a classic. For me this is a bit more than just a lame musical. Leonard Bernstein! Also I wonder if I'm comparing this against other musicals and therefore giving it a higher score... also probably wou..."  [+]  Reply

"Have you ever thrown everything in your refrigerator between two slices of bread to see what it tastes like? Basement Jaxx probably do that every day for lunch. Gloriously overstuffed house music."  Reply

"Peter Tosh was a cool guy. This album proves so. He wrote catchy songs and smoked ganja with a cool looking pipe (as proven in the album cover). When I listened to this I was pretty surprised with how unique some of the tracks were, from the sexy guitar pickin in "Till Your Well Runs Dry" to the ..."  [+]  Reply

"I don't think that this album is quite as good or emotional packed as Diary, but it's an absolute classic regardless. In terms of catchy melodies, the band hits their zenith here, probably the first album to listen to if you want to get acclimated with Sunny Day Real Estate."  Reply

"HOT. DAMN!!!! Ugh. I can't express just how excellent this album is, in a year filled with excellent albums. This stands, so triumphantly, among the strongest LPs of the year. 100% recommend. I mean, it pulls from everywhere, from soul, to post punk, to industrial, to whatever you want. This isn'..."  [+]  Reply

"I don’t know how it’s possible, but this album is both the blandest and the most sincere of Noel’s entire career. There are tracks like Dead To The World that make me cry every time. Easy Now could have been Oasis in the 2000s. Council Skies feels like a plagiarism… of Noel Gallagher’s High Flyin..."  [+]  Reply
