"It's ok but two things need to be pointed out: -The sound is awful. The quality of this recording is so poor that almost make it unlistenable. There are 30s and 40s recordings that sound better and clearer than this. -The album turns from R&B to hollow beat/pop from #8 onwards. The quality of son..."  [+]  Reply

There is also a bit of Bjork in the orchestration. Not a bad track here the standout tracks being Sing To The Moon, Green Garden, She, What ..."  [+]  Reply

"Alright. Unless you are 18 years old and still think it is cool that you threw up last Friday night yet got up to have another round, this is NOT material for anyone's top 50 list. It also has to be said that this album is really just the same song put on repeat 12 times. Now, in Andy's defense i..."  [+]  Reply

"The Unicorns breakup resulted in the formation of The Islands. The sound is approximately the same, but cleaner and more refined, mature dare-i-say, which results in an album without "Cut Our Hair"'s peaks and mountainous missteps. They genre-hop a bit too, from electronic minor-glitches to hip h..."  [+]  Reply

"I bought this album on vinyl when it first came out and probably haven't listened to it in over twenty years. I had forgotten how good it sounds, particularly how good the vocals are. Severina is my favourite track. There are hints to U2 imo."  Reply
