"This might be their best so far. Really opened up for the trumpets, Derek Trucks' heavenly guitar play is less prominent with respect to their previous albums, but still present when it needs to."  Reply

"Massively underrated. This would turn out to be George’s swan song. Amazing production matched to confessional autobiographical lyrics, this may be a couple of tracks too long (a problem affecting many albums toward the end of the CD era) this remains rich and satisfying. Less overtly pop than hi..."  [+]  Reply

""Mutant" is a weird and melancholic creature that could have done with trimming away a few tracks, but it's still an impressive piece from Arca who will go on to even greater things with his self-titled record"  Reply

"This is the debut LP from Northwestern Illinois to Margo Price. Her album was released on Jack White's label so it's received some attention. Listening to it I hear an artist that is still emerging. She has some strong songwriting skills but she still needs to find her voice and find footing. I'l..."  [+]  Reply

"A Yes album in all but name - shame that there's no Chris Squire, but this is a hell of a lot better than the jarring car crash of 'Union'. The 80s weren't too kind to Yes, but bookended by this and Drama they just about survived the decade."  Reply

"a cult classic years down the road, calling it right now. Besides that, this is pure noise-pop bliss. The vocals are recorded on a headset with a mic in someones bedroom and if that isn't lo-fi dedication, I don't know what is"  Reply

"What an incredible record. Every track is a classic, with some extra special moments in Kill Everyone Now, Machine, The River, and Cats, Sex And Nazis. As much as I love Wrong, I think this record embodies what I love about NoMeansNo a little better. Listening to this record is just so fun, and k..."  [+]  Reply
