"Not a prefab sprout fan and thankfully it sounds nothing like them, due to the fact it was recorded when he was recovering from illness and couldn't write as he normally would. There's more of a story behind it but in the end we get something more like a cross between an OST, post rock and Steve ..." [+] Reply
"The evolution of Norah Jones as an artist really is incredible. She started in the jazz/singer-songwriter genre and has dabbled in a new genre with every album: folk, country, blues, indie, alternative rock, pop, and back to jazz again in that exact order. The Fall is perhaps her most interesting..." [+] Reply
"Starts off really boring, but there is a breath of life during the final tracks. I really wish J Cole reached his expected potential, but it always feels like he falls short. I appreciate the topics covered on this album, depression and drug addiction is a serious problem where I'm from so I real..." [+] Reply

Big and dreamy, occasionally n..." [+] Reply
"I love the Bob Ezrin produced solo records of the mid seventies. This is full of great songs that have a cinematic quality to them. You can hear the vaudeville coming through the speakers." Reply
"They called themselves Flower Punk... it made sense. Their best album in my opinion." Reply
"Along with the Real New Fall LP this is another milestone of the '00's for the Fall. The first five tracks are right on the money and as good a start as almost any other Fall album. Things do tend to tail off somewhat in the second half but Dr Bucks' Letter is up there with Blindness and Theme Fr..." [+] Reply

"Surprisingly fresh sounding for a band of this vintage. Some proggy moments in the second half, and some characteristic Wishbone Ash touches like double guitar attacks. Even with only one original band member there is some continuity for those fans of the classics such as the Argus album." Reply
"A nice two disc collection containing most of the essential tracks form this seminal group. If you only want one Doors CD this is it." Reply
