Reclusive Silverlake DJ/Remix King, AKA E of Eels fame. Lighthearted but entertaining side project - do you need to be an Eels fan to enjoy it fully, probably....there are some good tracks on here, regardless of whether you're an E fan or not, and some duffers too. Interesting though.
