This album is criminally underrated on this website. It is oh so smooth and catchy and every song is great. I am excited to hear Voodoo but Brown Sugar is tough to beat. Might be in the minority to think Brown Sugar (along with Baduizm) is the best soul album ever. Have yet to hear Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite.
Anyways, if you like good music this one is something you can't overlook.

Favorite Tracks:Brown Sugar, Jonz In My Bonz, When We Get By
Sublime and oh-so smooth, D'Angelo's "Brown Sugar" subtly works its magic and there's not a single weak track here. Really quite underrated on this site.

Watch your mouth, Naples...
A great Neo-Soul album. Not as good as Voodoo but there are still some great songs in it.
