Pink Floyd did it. Perform albums from start to finish live. Kashmir have apparently done it too with this album, the only danish album I've heard of being performed that way. Fans of "OK Computer" ought to give this one a try.

"Svefn-g-englar" feels like entering a magical dream on a starry night and that's pretty much how the rest of the album continues. Darker and more melancholic than other Sigur Rós albums, yet very uplifting. Ethereal beauty to the max!

The greatest example of 60s psychedelia turned into 90s electronica. "Let Forever Be" is a great modern "Tomorrow Never Knows".

When your heart feels so bad, just push play and this sample-heavy electronica album as fine as porcelain and as sweet as honey will rescue you in your weakness. Smooth and soulful!

Feel yourself disintegrate by these mesmerizing, lush sounds. Like a modern spacier "Pet Sounds"!

Dido may be no angel, but her music and voice give the exact opposite impression. Thank you Dido for giving us some of the most beautiful pop music ever recorded!

Make yourself a favour and listen to this stellar alternative rock/funk rock/nu metal album, which incorporates DJ sounds (or what else to call them)!

You could definitely make a statement about Muse being in showbiz with Matt Bellamy's operatic vocals and the overall theatrical sound. Not quite as bombastic and fully developed as subsequent Muse albums, but the muscles of the band are still much evident on this strong debut.

The last album by Therese Grankvist under the alias Drömhus. The songs are a little more punchy than on "Drömmer" - it feels like the beat is faster, possibly the music is more pure dance. The vocals, however, are still innocently seductive... and Swedish! Oddly enough, "Stjärna På Himmelen" is one of the least memorable songs here for me despite being almost good enough to win what appears to be the Swedish melody grand prix (you can look it up, but it finished second!), apparently.
Favourite tracks: "Hålla Dig Nära" & "Faller"

Beyond this life concept album and a strange deja vu of "The Dark Side of the Moon" and "The Wall" flourishes everywhere. The larger than life Pink Floyd spirit carries on with this 90s prog album and is nothing short of epic!
