Top 20 Greatest Music Albums by Tintenty

These are listed in order, but I love them all. Apart from number 1, I didn't really want to separate them. The list lacks objectivity. I confess that these are my favoutites, I don't know how you would define the "best". I don't have a problem with liking the same music as everyone else and I don't really worry too much about the persona that the media graft on to artists, because I don't think we ever get to see anything other than what suits the journalists agenda anyway.

I can also guarantee I've missed stuff out. My favourite Pop song is, and always will be, Ride a white swan by T Rex.

My favourite live album. Played it to death. Oh dear look what they've done to the blues. Anyone in that audience? Steve Harley is my all time favourite minstrel

Everyone had relics. We taped a song based on one of these days, but in all my years of judging...this album deserves a vote.

Played it doing my homework on a mono record player. I got it second hand and listened over and over again. Couldn't be dragged away.

Another one that grabbed me on the road in Scotland. This time it was a tape. I still listen to it. Did a bit of rock climbing at the time and everyone was naming new routes after genesis tracks. Thank you Dave Lawson and Lynn Rogers.

Easy to laugh at, but I still play it and love it. I love the words lyrics in the songs and the words in the narrative. So of its time.
