My favorite album from my favorite artist. I love the perfect fusion of rock and jazz, and the general upbeat tone of the album. Even the slow songs are happy tunes. This album always can put me in a good mood.

Everyone knows about the Beatle's legacy, so I need not explain in detail why this album is so great. It's my personal favorite from the Beatle's discography. To me, this album is the band going out with a bang. They knew they were finished, and wanted to finish on a high point. Even though Let it Be did release after this one, I think this album seems to be their "goodbye" album.

This album really grew on me. Upon my first time hearing it, I thought it was alright. However, every subsequent listen has raised it higher and higher on my list. Truly one of music's greatest icons at his best. It can be crazy, calm, serious, and weird. I wouldn't expect anything less from Bowie.

This is probably the quickest any album has jumped so high onto my chart. Upon my first listen I already knew it was my favorite Hip-Hop/Rap album of all time. I don't know if there's another album that perfectly blends gospel music into a Hip-Hop album. I can only hope that with how early Chance is in his career, he's got more greatness to come.

This album is a lot more focused on Rock and Roll than Joel's jazzier "The Stranger". The songs really get me pumped up, and ready to have a good time. While The Stranger is definitely Joel's best album, I think Glass Houses is what established his place in Rock history.

While I can't deny that Elton is great, I do think that he's better at making singles than full albums. His albums seem to usually have a few great singles and a bunch of mediocre tracks filling out the rest of the album. However, this double album is an exception. With great tracks that span from slow piano ballads to full on elctric guitar hard rock, it's a fantastic listen.
