The album that defined a generation. With agressive shouting put to wonderful melodies in a pop formation suburban kids got to feel edgy and special cause they aprecciated what is an undeniably excellent piece of music.

Kevin Parker is arguably one of the best composers in rock in a long time and he shows it with a hand of psychedelic songs that could make any college kid's first experience with drugs awesome.

In my HUMBLE. opinion the greatest artist in the history of hip-pop Kendrick unleashes his true potential for the first time in his major label debut and shows his fans his ability to send hidden messages through his albums' deeper meaning.

Kevin Shields crafted his own brand of guitar sound that while noisy made for some really beautiful music that could whip you into transe if listened loudly for an hour or two.

If someone killed the blues and tried to eletrify it back to life with some old fashioned big muff/whammy powered frankenstein machine you'd get what could be called Jack White's magnum opus.

It is hard enough to choose a favorite Beatles album, I'm not gonna explain why this one is so special. Like much of the beatles's music, this self-titled double-disc album is just an array of beautiful tracks along with some goofy yet still enjoyable beauties in the mix.

Like the Beatles, The Beach Boys are past masters. They fused beautiful harmonies with love, chicks and surf to create some of the greatest music in comtemporary music.

Being portuguese I have to admit I love a song sung in my own language once in a while. Mutantes were punk before punk existed, one of the leading members of the tropicalia movement in Brasil, their music is cooler and more daring the more you learn about them.

Rebirth of Rock in the 2000s, if Julian Casablancas is good enough to be called the savior of rock, he's good enough to be on my chart.
