"Basically an inferior version of, Mr. Tambourine man. Turn! turn! turn!, features the same ingredients, Dylan covers, some traditional songs, and some originals, but they just don't have the same freshness as the first album. The title track is nice, another U.S. No:1 hit for the band, and, the w..."  [+]  Reply

"Initially a Steve Winwood solo record, John Barleycorn must die(great title) eventually evolved into a Traffic album without Dave Mason. Based on the traditional folk song of the title track, Traffic produce what is arguably their most consistent album. Great songs in, glad, freedom rider, empty ..."  [+]  Reply

"I love this album. It is the best dire straits album even though it contains none of their hits (Which were too commercial for my liking). Communique is understated but is the perfect blend of Knopfler’s guitar and vocals, and Wither’s drums. I have listened to it 100s of times and never been dis..."  [+]  Reply

"Wow! Almost 50 years old, and this is magical. As of now it's in my top 3 of 1969. And sure I haven't got that much of that year as well as the decade under my belt, this album is pretty mind-blowing and I am able to pick out the influences from this piece."  Reply

"Too late to fall in love with this now, I'm afraid. Back in the day they would've been a great gateway band to The Slits and some cool math rock. Still, the songs sound fresh and convey genuine feeling. And despite the mathy arrangements the grooves are pretty agreeable - they clearly prefer the ..."  [+]  Reply

"A really fun listen! Granted, the record sounds a bit dated in some parts, but that doesn't take away from its overall charm. If you like big band music, this one's for you."  Reply

"Definitely Madonna's greatest album of the 2000's - very soulful, deep, charming.....'Sorry' is my favorite song here but I think 'Push' should've been released as a single. This one differs from other tracks on this album and could have been a hit"  Reply
