"Amazing album. Marks the change from Sui Generis' previous folky sound into the progressive sound which would remain well into Garcia's following project, La Maquina de Hacer Pajaros. The album itself is their first concept album (each track represents an institution from the argentinian governme..."  [+]  Reply

"Every copy I've seen says 1972 - only Wikipedia seems to have it as 1971. This is the best KA album by a distance in my view - with just the right amount experimentation and whimsy, spread across a range of hugely diverse but outstanding tracks. The title track is pure joy."  Reply

"Brilliant. I think Palomo's actually gotten stronger and stronger as an artist and this is easily his peak. It has the fun and freakishness of Psychic Chasms combined with the hooks and haziness of Era Extrana but it's also a lot more assured than those two. The album plays as one long extended t..."  [+]  Reply

"Heaven 17's greatest moment. This politically heavy album is one of the classic electro pop records of the early eighties. Fascist groove thing, is an excellent opener on an album full of strong cuts. Underrated."  Reply

"It's a decent debut album, obviously it pales in comparison to the later albums, but everybody has to start somewhere! It's got a stone cold pop classic hit single "Talk Talk" and a couple of really good tunes - "Today" & "Mirror Man" which are worthy of a place on a compilation. It's also got so..."  [+]  Reply

"Rare acoustic set from The Dead. Some classic tracks mixed in with many I am less familiar with. This is quite a relaxing listen. If you’re looking for more acoustic Dead check out the 1st set of Dick’s Picks Volume 8. I found the set list more satisfying than this."  Reply

"Zimmerman's best venture into house music to date. Big hitting dance songs balanced out by more experimental, ambient ones like Soma and brought together fantastically at the end with Strobe. Certainly easy to see how people find this boring, and they're right to see the album that way. But look ..."  [+]  Reply

"It's so solid, this is the type of prog that deserves to be talked about. It doesn't feel like retreads of prog acts from the 60's and 70's, it feels like an actual progression of the genre"  Reply
