"AKA "The Pussy Album" (more people know the cover _ censored at the time _ than the songs). In her 4th record, the great singer ditches rock'n'roll and returns to more Brazilian sounds, including the classic "Desafinado" and more recent songs from friends like Caetano, Macalé and Melodia. There's..."  [+]  Reply

"A great album. I didn't even buy The Rainbow Children but this one felt like an amazing comeback. The songs are all great, and it's shorter, feeling leaner and more powerful than anything he'd done in a long time."  Reply

"Few albums in the 90's start as strongly as this gem from the Providence, RI trio called Small Factory. The first two songs evoke such incredible angst with controlled power. This album never gets old. The third and fourth cuts are a little calmer and provide a good transition to the rest of the ..."  [+]  Reply

"Quite pleasant little album with little cuatro guitar and Estrada's competent vocals. compositions can sometimes go a bit awry with instrumental backing just interrupting the songs, but in at least one case, Carta, they're added remarkably well and pull off a really satisfying song build."  Reply

"Definitely the best effort Plant has put out since Zeppelin. I love how seamlessly he blends many different genres together to create a relatively consistent and distinctive sound, even if a few moments come across as gimmicky. The lyricism is surprisingly good coming from Plant, and while this i..."  [+]  Reply

"What a cool concept. Each album works on it own, and there are 14 different combinations of discs to listen together before you try all four. What an ambitious project. Playing all 4 together actually works. Try it. Get 3 other music nerds, grab some portable players, sit in a room and time out t..."  [+]  Reply
