Not has good as the first compilation album volume 1 and 2, after all he recorded his best music in the seventies. Still good album , and he has a very good voice.
best joel compilation album. I loved storm front and the bridge is so underated.

Probably the best of the Joel compilations, this contains 3 cover songs that are not on any other Joel album (as far as I can tell). The first cover is 'Hey Girl', not a good song and not a fairly run of the mill cover, the next is a cover of Bob Dylan's 'To Make You Feel My Love', and Joel's cover is second only to Dylan's origional and is worth the price of the album alone. The third, a cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Light the Breeze', is a good effort, but no cover could ever top a Cohen origional, and this one doesn't even come close.
The rest of the songs are generally good choices, noteable inclusions include 'This is the Time', 'I Go to Extremes' and Joel's best song 'And So It Goes'. If you are on any level a fan of Billy Joel and you get the chance to pick it up, I recommend you do so.
The third volume of Billy Joel's greatest hits collection. Obviously the quality of this third album dips slightly from the previous offerings but it's still a thoroughly enjoyable listen.
