If You've never listened to Fucked Up, listen to this short album as the perfect introduction. It's a collection of singles and rest material from David Comes To Life but gives the perfect view of how they sounded at their best. The voice of the singer is one of the most original possible marrying death metal throatiness with melodicism and also the songs sound at the same time dangerous/forceful and melodic and match the best they already released: nearly everything is a highlight here. And last but not least the general sound just reminds me of Hüsker Dü at their top.
