I enjoyed this one very much. My favorite release of theirs is still the debut, but so much energy comes through on this recording, just like the debut.

Not as good as their studio albums, but serves to reinforce how choked I am that I missed seeing them live.
I always thought Rage was better live and on this album it especially shows on Bullet in the Head, Testify, Sleep Now in the Fire, and the Kick Out the Jams cover. Also, this serves as a kind of best of album, as it's a perfect combination of all their really great songs (I can only think of two or three that should have been on here).
I was really torn between choosing Rage Against the Machine or Battle of Los Angeles to put on my chart. Instead, I used this. A great performance, I always liked Rage better live, and a kind of best of, with alot of stuff from all three of their first albums. When live, the songs have abit more kick to them, almost even seem tighter, than when on album: Bullet in the Head especially gets a nice upgrade from the album.
