Initial listen: 2011 ~ The best 8 track sequence for an album ever. From beginning to end, this is my favourite album to discover more with each listen.

Initial listen: 2004 ~ Influential to many artists over the years but personally, an important album. This album signified the end of my teenage years and inspired me not only in my acting but in my writing.

Initial listen: 2001 ~ My favourite and what I believe to be the best Australian album of all time. Each song is a story and the maturity within this album from Dempsey and co. is obvious.

Initial listen: 2007 ~ 10 tracks, no filler. Unlike other Radiohead albums, each song has its place in the order and can equally be listened to outside of the strucutre. Reckoner is a highlight.

Initial listen: 2003 ~ If the world was collapsing around me, the soundtrack of the demise would be Absolution. Even though they may show strong influences from previous bands, their talent is not lost on many listeners and fans.

Initial listen: 2007 ~ A recent rediscovery that lends itself to criticism over its length. However the five songs are crafted in such a way that the bookends of Shine On You Crazy Diamond seem to go forever and fade in eternity.

I dig this list. Not everything's for me, but there's distinct preferred styles and a big emphasis on Australian artists which is very cool.
