Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Really love The Smiths, but mostly love your inclusion of Sam Cooke a great singer and very good album

Great to see Sam Cooke and Otis Redding, but they're both leagues better than Morrissey.

I like the list and your original selections. I used to have Hum's Downward Is Heavenward on mine. Same with the Dolls. Iron Maiden and the Cult are awesome too.

LIKE THAT YOU HAVE "LOUDER THAN BOMBS' ON YOUR CHART..IT IS THE SMITHS ALBUM THAT I LISTEN TO THE MOST....AND OF COURSE "VAUXHALL AND I" WHICH IS SO GREAT...IT WAS ON MY CHART FOR AWHILE.

I like almost all of the selections which I know but I haven't listened to 19 of the 50 albums on your chart. I will have to do some homework before giving it a rating.
