Best college album of all time! Evokes autumn leaves and journeying through a campus flanked with ivory towers and snooty professors. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

If not for my personal bias, this would be the greatest album ever made! I'm sure everything and anything has been said about it, but I'll just reiterate how impressive the transitions are. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

If you think about it, this is sneakily a concept album about inner conflict and breaking up due to unstable emotional state. I think it rocks harder than Is This It?, though they're both great. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

Pretty much started 70s rock before the 70s hit. Bridged the gap between early rock (Elvis, Chuck Berry, The Stones, and early Beatles and Beach Boys) with the greatest rock decade (Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Bowie, The Clash, The Who, Springsteen, etc.). [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

I don't think rock would have survived after the fall of grunge had it not been for this seminal Brit-pop album. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

Though Born to Run is THE SPRINGSTEEN ALBUM, this album doesn't get the love it deserves for creating that full band rock sound. Rosalita may be his best song. Springsteen is such an engrossing songwriter by pulling the listener into a story that he should write a movie already. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

If you want elements of garage rock, mountainous rock, psych rock, and chamber pop to blend together to simulate as many colors and esoteric vibes you can imagine, here's your album. I think Mourning Sound is a little too compressed, but the production is still solid as hell. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

Torn between this and Painted Ruins, but this is still a seminal album. Bringing together folk with psych rock and chamber pop effortlessly, Grizzly Bear is oft-overlooked and they put on one heck of a live show. I'd recommend listening to this a few times before making a judgement call. Christopher Bear may be the best drummer of the millennium. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

What can I say? They revitalized rock by managing to bring it back to its roots whilst still feeling fresh and exciting. Valensi and Hammond Jr. are a dynamic duo on guitar, effortlessly weaving their melodic and rhythmic lines around each other (a quality they repeat on every album). They make me want to live in OOs New York. [First added to this chart: 11/27/2019]

Cool top 40...I look forward to seeing more. Nice surprise to see the under appreciated (not under rated because those that do listen to it rate it well) Tash Sultana here.

Also, I'm surprised you know Ripe. I saw them in Pittsburgh earlier this year and they were great! I think they're out of Berkley, Boston.

Some pretty good picks on this list. Some hot takes on classic albums from the 60s and 70s. Nice list!
