An album that shocked me how good it was, as I didn't love Father of the Bride and even the critically acclaimed Modern Vampires of the City

Again, I was taken aback by this album, as Weezer had not made a truly great record since their White Album in 2016, the album that initially got me into the band. And I can say that OK Human has since then surpassed the White Album. Since 2001, Weezer have been great in small doses (Maladroit and the Red Album are genuinely great if not classics), but not till 2016 and now 2021 have they managed to create truly captivating timeless records.

An album made during the same sessions as Unlimited Love but in a league of its own. Probably the band's biggest return to form since Stadium Arcadium in terms of sounding like the classic line-up again. And Eddie has become one of the definite red hot chili pepper songs. The lack of recognition this beautiful, colourful record has gotten is embarrassing to say the least. The world doesn't deserve this band anymore.

Sometimes tragedy creates something beautiful. I have not loved a Foo Fighters record this much since There Is Nothing Left to Lose, which this record has surpassed. To me, this is their best work since their debut, which was always made in similar circumstances.

I've never been a huge The Cure fan but this record really grabbed me, and I can see why people consider this to be their best work since 1989's Disintegration.

A wonderful record (one of her best), containing some of her best work to date, with classics like A&W, the haunting Candy Necklace, Paris, Texas, and the epic duet, Let the Light In.

A fierce and powerful record from one of the greatest musical minds, and her best effort, in my opinion, since her 1999 masterpiece, When the Pawn.

A record that I think deserved way more love - superior in every way to her previous record, and an album reminiscent of 70s classics like Tapestry, with delicate piano-based songs.
