"This is actually a very good comeback album, which comes as a surprise as while I'm a fan of both the OG band and Steven Wilson's solo material, I have not liked the guys recent solo releases at all. Singles Harridan and Of The New Day open the album up strongly, and later songs like Walk the Pla..."  [+]  Reply

"It was a five year gap between this and their last album, steel wheels, the longest in their career so far. Was it worth the wait? Not really. This is an album lacking ideas and direction. The first two tracks, love is strong and you got me rocking are ok, but they're obviously a desperate attemp..."  [+]  Reply

"NY has to be my fav artist of all time. Not his best album by a long way but still better than most. Star of B, Howegrown & the awesome Like A Hurricane are the standout tracks."  Reply

"A fantastic album that cleverly mixes a number of genres - to come up with something I like to call 'Alternative Country Folk'. Favourite Track is 'Borderline'"  Reply

"The first half of, eagle, was great, but overall, I think this is a more consistent record from start to finish. She seems to get better as she gets older, although those Laurel Canyon obsessions still shine brightly, albeit quite beautiful. A very good album."  Reply

"What's the problem the people have with Archive in this site ? Probably the most interesting group since 20 years with great live performances and excellent work studios. As creative as Pink Floyd were in the 70's... "Controlling crowds" is my best 2000's LP with innovative sounds and two high ly..."  [+]  Reply

"Another brilliant Frank Sinatra album. Collaborating with Nelson Riddle, Sinatra produces a pleasing easy on the ear recording. Originally an eight track LP, it has now been extended to twelve, still, the original release is lovely. Featuring, I'm gonna sit right down and write myself a letter, a..."  [+]  Reply
