"A raw and distressing collection of work songs from Huddie William Ledbetter, known as Lead Belly. The importance of this record should not be understated." Reply
"The perfect BOC record and my favorite of all time. "Golden Age Of Leather" may be their best track ever but even the laid back tracks have a strong appeal here. "Death Valley Nights" and "I Love The Night" almost suggest a Gothic Eagles. Very cool record." Reply
