"Often overlooked classic NWOBHM album. So pleased to have picked up this re-issue on spatter vinyl, to marry with their debut, also on spatter vinyl, just need Denim and Leather now to complete the trio. Title track is a banger, Dallas 1pm a personal favourite, altogether great metal album."  Reply

"An impressive sophomore record merging cool club beats with airy pop structures and samples from the telly to paint (similarly to "foxbase alpha") an impressionistic portrait of London. Bright and bubbly with hints of longing, a variety of moods come together really well."  Reply

"Track score 92.27 with a place in the top albums chart of 27th and a rating of 100. The track score for this one is not what I expected as it out scores, just, in my opinion, the superior complete album. Complete just has a better listening experience but the numbers don’t lie. Interesting."  Reply

"When I first heard this album, I thought it was boring. But something kept drawing me back. And with each return, something new clicked. The amazing thing about Low is that with each album, a subtle change to their approach leads to a unique product. Drums & Guns effectively manages to utilize lo..."  [+]  Reply

"Durazno Sangrando is the next step in Spinetta's natural evolution as an artist and is one of his most ambitious works, a sort of Led Zeppelin-cum-Mahavishnu Orchestra concept album inspired by an ancient Chinese text on meditation called The Secret of the Golden Flower, and it consists of two lo..."  [+]  Reply

"Definitely, not a jazz expert. But, I found this album enjoyable given the more melodic tenor soloing over just bass and drums. Features Ray Brown on bass and Shelly Manne on drums. This album is credited with the birth of the jazz technique of "strolling", which is sax soloing over bass and drum..."  [+]  Reply
