Nowhere near as good as her "The Brothel" album.
This is a bit special.
Remarkable. The pop genre has always been looked down upon by people who are die-hard music fans, but Susanne Sundfør is here to prove that pop albums can indeed be beautiful, orchestral masterpieces.
"Ten Little Love Songs" is a brilliantly funny album title since each track is anything but a "little love song". Her lyricism is remarkable, as are her vocals and the ethereal production. Give this Norwegian pop star a chance, and a whole world of dark & mesmerising music will unravel itself.

Maybe if I were a teenager of the 80s... dunno. Just didn't connect.
It's amazing in a year full a fantastic releases from Kendrick Lamar, Sufjan Stevens, and Tame Impala one of my most personal favorites was a little pop album from Susanne Sundfor.
I highly recommend this one. Easily one of the best pop albums of the decade. Kamikaze and Slowly are phenomenal little gems, and Memorial is definitely my current pick for song of the year!
