One of the first albums I've ever listened to, probably 2nd or 3rd. Outstanding, front to back. One of the few albums I can loop forever and never want to skip a track. A classic that's stood the test of time for me.

What can I say about this album that hasn't been said already? it's an epic journey from start to finish. If i'm ever doing something that's going to be over an hour long, I tune into this album and enjoy the ride. It's so fluid, so creative, over 2 hours and it doesn't even feel that long. Truly a masterpiece.

I admittedly slept on this album for a couple years. I finally tuned in a few months before Flower Boy came out, and it blew my mind. No stinkers. Turned me from a Tyler hater to a Tyler fan. I love the vision and direction that this album took.

Let's address the elephant in the room, The Love Below blows Speakerboxxx out the water. But that's not to discredit Speakerboxxx whatsoever. Both rappers come into their own and spread their wings, and I think it works incredibly well. It's not so much as Big Boi's side isn't good, it's just not as good to me and it doesn't help being tied to the phenomenal Andre 3000's side at all. The Love Below is an incredible listen, through and through. non-stop

Yeezus was my number 1 for the longest but I don't think it can realistically hold up there. It's a phenomenal album but there are some parts I really don't like (don't like Justin Vernon's parts much at all) that really hold it back from being a perfect 10/10 for me.

A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. Looking back on this list, it is a very great list. You're the only other person who has put Who Told You To Think?!?!?!? and there is tons of great stuff in here. Also lots of unique picks too

Awesome chart. Love to see Tatsuro Yamashita, MF Doom, and Young the Giant all in one place. Yeezus as #1 is awesome too, might be my favorite of Kanye's albums.

Pretty sweet chart! Too bad Phantograms first album got bumped down so much, I love it! Never seen it on a top 100 besides my own. Love how high you rated Mellon Collie, it's brilliant. Just recently aquired Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix on vinyl, such a fun album. Funny cuz I'm listening to them right now but it's the Bankrupt album. I really need to listen to Tyler, the Creator more, I really like him. Thanks for sharing. Oh and I also love The Love Below/Speakerboxxx but mainly for Love Below, there's just something about it, one of the most interesting albums out there. I've apparently already commented haha, that's how good this is. Had to edit this comment twice haha.

Definitely one of the most interesting charts I've ever seen! Way to go! Looked at it because of Phantogram. Their other two albums are great as well. I need to check out some of these for sure! You should check out Portishead Third. Like newer hip hop eh?.. Check out Blackalicious, well more like early 2000s. People Under the Stairs, Lyrics Born, etc.. Really dig Tribe Called Quest. Massive Attack is an awesome Trip-Hop artist. I'll be checking out albums from your list soon. Thanks for sharing!

Looking at this again, I realized just how ridiculously similar our charts are. Most albums on yours that I haven't heard are ones I've been meaning to listen to, and there are a bunch of albums on here that I've heard and I've been meaning to put on my chart. I'm gonna listen to Man on the Moon and Long Live ASAP tonight, and I've got high hopes for those. Also I guess I'll reluctantly give Gov't Plates a shot (or a couple I suppose)
