Jealous of your Athens experience with R.E.M.! Very nice list also... I think it has a better balance of the 80s than mine, while also representing the correct copious amounts of R.E.M. and U2.

I think it’s wire telling that 26 albums come from 1980. This was one rough decade for music.

Only the wisest of men would have the grand intelligence and superior taste to include Psychedelic Furs, Wild Planet, Romantics, and Shake It Up. Why oh why can't everyone be as wildly intelligent as you.
