Top 100 Music Albums of 2015

As with my 2014 chart, I'm including everything I've listened to for the year here, even terrible albums. The reason is I use this more of a log of what I've listened to; I still plan to rank bad albums last so they'll invariably get no points. Plus it's my chart and I do what I want.
31 keepers so far! Everything else that's rated a 70 is close. Ratings for those albums will probably climb as I give them more listens. Anything rated 65 is something I enjoyed but don't think I'll ever listen to again; however I still highly recommend those albums.
This has probably been the best year for music since 2012.
**Update 9/3/18: I've updated the portion of this chart with the over 70 albums to keep it in line with my current ratings. Everything under a 70 still has my opinions from 2015, which are probably shitty.
**Update 2/19/20: Did another update of everything 70 and above.

I heard about this album a while back but never listened to it because it was dubbed "experimental" and "post-minimalism." I tend to avoid the first thing unless it's followed by "pop" or "rock" or "hip hop," and I had no idea what the second thing was. So I avoided it until the other day when I thought hey why not since it was still getting good reviews. And this is really good. Despite the sax it's not that jazzy (which for me is good, see my review for The Epic) and I'm not sure it's all that experimental. It kind of reminds me of a more atmospheric Dirty Three, but that might just be because of the violin. I'd almost call it post rock, but there are no rock instruments and it's a little different. But either way this isn't some pretentious avant garde project despite what the genre labels say, it's a real kick ass instrumental album. [First added to this chart: 09/19/2015]

I liked this as well as their last album, but something still makes me think they're just not very good. [First added to this chart: 12/15/2015]

The first time I heard this I thought the production was out of this world, and it was the reason I came back. Second time around, it sounded less original and not quite as jazzy as I remembered - I'd say it sounded more theatrical but I don't know if that means anything. Ghostface's raps are alright but there's nothing too creative, and honestly even the verses by Danny Brown and MF DOOM (two of my favorite rappers) don't sound all that great. It also feels rather scattershot with lots of short songs that don't fit together well. A good try, but nothing that stands out too much. [First added to this chart: 03/17/2015]
