A really great list of albums situated somewhere in the comfortable zone between indie rock and quality pop, which I think defined what went well with music in 2013. Some albums I'm especially glad to see include Wakin on a Pretty Daze (which I'm happy to see getting a fair amount of love on BEA), Muchacho (which I've been thinking about a fair bit these days for some reason, maybe because "Song for Zula" is so gorgeous), Amygdala, and If You Leave, among others. Excellent work on this chart!
