Great list and similar taste. About half your list would slotted 101-150. Stuff like Interpol and Mogwai, which always seem to hang around #11-#15 on my yearly charts. My list is heavier female vocal-wise, but very similar...

Outstanding chart! Very interesting that GY!BE is the one artist with more than one album here--says a lot about how foundational was to what was happening in the musical 2000s. Among the albums we have in common, I especially love Funeral (I know everyone does, but it's for good reason), Illinois, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, and Fleet Foxes, among several others. Lots of great selections here; excellent work!
