This chart is the 4th in the series dedicated to all those USA artists who are either lesser known or completely unknown but have included a Dylan cover song on an album.
This particular chart covers the period January 1973 until June 1978, including unreleased songs or outtake songs which were later released on the Bootleg Series of albums.
Once I have listed between 1- 3 cover versions of a particular song by lesser known/unknown USA artists, I will move onto the next song in Dylan's chronology for which a cover version(s) are available.

Track 8 - Up To Me (performed by Joseph Arthur)
Dylan recorded this song on 25 September 1974 - the final NY session for the 'Blood On The Tracks' album. The song did not make it onto the BOTT album and was eventually released on the November 1985 'Biograph' box set.
Interestingly, 'The Bootleg Series Vol. 14 - More Blood, More Tracks' has alternate versions of all the BOTT songs plus an alternate take of 'Up To Me'.
This song has only been covered by over 2 artists - the first cover was by Roger McGuinn in 1976. Joseph Arthur's cover on the above listed 'tribute' album remains the only other verified cover by a recording artist. [First added to this chart: 05/10/2024]
