"An magic album, the masterpiece of popular spanish music. Serrat is a singer-songwriter whose peers are Brassens, Brel, Paoli....Prodigious lyrics, great arrangements."  Reply

"One of John Fahey's best releases. It was originally meant to be a double album, and reissues have re-included a bunch of wonderful tracks that were left out on the first release. The version of America on this is possibly my favourite moment in his entire career."  Reply

"This is an album that will divide opinion. I really like it but I can see why others might disagree, probably very strongly. Great slab of Kraft rock meets psychedelia meets prog."  Reply

"Compared with Hopkin's 1968 album "Postcard" this one is working much better as a whole - a true album. This time, the album is produced by her future husband Tony Visconti, and together they have managed to give the album a much more consistent feel than its predecessor, which seemed somewhat un..."  [+]  Reply

"A beautiful lost folk masterpiece, featuring something of a who's who of English folk musicians amongst the credits (Richard Thompson, Keith Christmas, arrangements by Robert Kirby - of Nick Drake fame). In a similar vein to Vashti, Shelagh disappeared without trace soon after, although more do t..."  [+]  Reply
