"One of the forgotten masterpieces of the 1970s. Fay's songwriting here is on par with the likes of contemporaries like Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, and John Lennon. The influence it has had on Wilco is impossible to overlook."  Reply

"It is strange that this is considered as EP. It is more than 30 minutes long after all. "Reign in Blood" by Slayer is 29 minutes long and it is not even the shortest album of all-time. The Donnas made shorter with "American Teenage Rock N' Roll Machine". However, this just amazing. It is like a s..."  [+]  Reply

"My favorite of the group. So funny and creative, full of youthful joy (they were barely in their 20s) and sophisticated at the same time. Hard to believe it was released during one of the harshest moments of a military dictatorship."  Reply

"I agree CDoor. This is an overlooked gem of an album that deserves wider recognition. As you imply, Tuxedomoon represented the more interesting and intellectual strand of the new-wave/post-punk bands to have emerged during the late 1970s and early 1980s (eg. Rip Rig and Panic, James White and the..."  [+]  Reply

"I enjoyed this album a lot. It may be not as good as Loveless or Ride's Nowhere, but it's a very good shoegazing record. It's a consistent album, there is not a low point here, it's energetic, fun and dreamy at the same time. It's recommended to any shoegazing fans. My track picks are: 'I Want to..."  [+]  Reply

"Looking to discover some great music from 2001 I checked out ‘ Comfort Eagle’ and was pleasantly surprised... this album goes alright. So Short Skirt Long Jacket is the obvious reference point here but it’s far from the best thing here with ‘ Commissioning A Symphony In C ‘ and ‘ Comfort Eagle ‘ ..."  [+]  Reply

"Not that they had a ton of albums, but this one is the most underrated. They're at the top of their synth-pop game, with danceable beats and snarks on love all-around. Pretty dark in mood and lyrics but all songs are still up-tempo"  Reply

"The first four songs and the last song are WT classics, and among their best material. The rest? Meh...more the same. Still, those five songs are enough to make this a critical release for the genre. This album showed that WT was better than Evanescence."  Reply

"My favorite Lizzy album. It's not completely perfect, but I can't help but absolutely love it. Lynott's personality has never been better, and that goes along with the fantastic songwriting and instrumental work. Best track - Either "Bad Reputation", "Opium Trail", or "Killer Without a Cause"."  Reply
