"Easily my favorite musical soundtrack of the 2010s. The songs are all heavily influenced by jazz, with the instrumentation often stealing the spotlight. That's not to say the singing and lyrics aren't great though. Emma Stone and, to a slightly lesser degree, Ryan Gosling, hit it out of the park,..."  [+]  Reply

"I was pleased with this. It didn't immediately blow my mind, but as I listened and got I into it I really dug the atmosphere. And yeah Hole in the Ocean Floor is great."  Reply

"I'm with Gary! Before anyone calls me a knob :) or says my comment is unhelpful let me try and put it in context. I am extremely respectful of what Queen achieved, Freddie was one of the very best showmen with a unique voice, and as a band I am absolutely aware they released some of the most icon..."  [+]  Reply

"The debut album by The Replacements is a rip roaring punk rock record that fizzes by in a flash. Sorry Ma, is a superb record full of energy and hunger. Some tracks, or at least moments sound uncannily like The Clash or the Sex Pistols, but at the end of the day it's still the Replacements. Thril..."  [+]  Reply

"As far as EPs go, this one's a winner. If you're a fan of Fleet Foxes, this is essential, and even if you're just a casual enjoyer of their music it's worth a listen, especially (but certainly not only) because of the standout track Mykonos. This EP offers most of what we've come to expect from t..."  [+]  Reply

"Overstuffed, and there are some real bumps in the road in the tracklisting - ME!, You Need to Calm Down (lyrically), The Man - but this is a super enjoyable pop album. It feels assured and confident, and features some of Swift's best songwriting yet. The production is generally really lush and co..."  [+]  Reply
