"Wow! Damn! A masterfully executed elevation of punk rock to daring new heights without sacrificing the core philosophy of the genre. I don’t know how they pulled it off. The first few times I heard it, I just thought “what a great punk record,” but then I started to realize as I listened more car..." Reply

"Excellent album with a more acoustic feel. Psychedelia hasn’t arrived yet but you can hear the direction Donovan will head in." Reply

"The atmosphere on this album is potent, in part due to the synergy between each instrument and their respective players. I feel bad for these guys, they're constantly written off as the guys in the 80s with the goofy haircuts." Reply

"Within the context of the film, it's a great soundtrack. However, standing on it's own, it's... just good. Wild Wild Life and Love For Sale are the highlights here. The rest is fine, nothing bad, but just alright. It's probably better if you've seen the movie." Reply

"Beautiful, quiet and lovely. Slow music to drift off or to daydream. Wonderful ambient." Reply

"This is not really anywhere near Burial's best work, but I respect an artist's attempts to change and progress their sound and challenge their listeners. I'm not all too crazy about some of the percussion on here, in particular the very tacky off-kilter drums on Hiders. I hope if he/she ever drop..." Reply

"Pretty darn good, some of the beats sound dated, but not many, and the funky bass sounds and afro rythyms are great. Some filler, not every idea works. Liked it much more in 2021 than I did in the early 80's which kinda shows that it was ahead of its time. The first 3 songs were the strongest for..." Reply

"A good attempt at something more. Not as poignant as their first and a bit of a deception in comparison. A worthy listen nonetheless. It's unfortunate they couldn't expand on that since the lead singer took his own life, samurai style. The tone of this album does suggest that Dédé (the lead singe..." Reply
