"Enjoyed the entire album! I am not a great reviewer but I know what I like. Shakira is an accomplished artist...if you aren't sure of this album, listen to a few samplings with an open mind. Close your eyes and relax your mind, listen to the music and her voice..take time to enjoy."  Reply

"Song For Our Ancestors, Living In The U.s.a., Quicksilver Girl, Gangster Of Love are all solid songs for me. I love how all these unique sounds are on this record. The fog horn, the harmonica/organ, the mellow quicksilver girl, and motatin' Gangster of Love."  Reply

"Another great album from X. There are a couple of non-punk songs on here that I think are among the most beautiful in the X catalog: "Riding With Mary", "Come Back to Me", and "Dancing With Tears in My Eyes" (a cover of a much older song). Exene's sister Mary had died in a car crash before this a..."  [+]  Reply

"Yeah...no. I will admit that there are a few tracks I do like off this album. The intro for Jack Gell was a nice interlude intro. Also love the hell out of Susan Axelrod. Probably the best track that plays to the strengths of the qualities this album has. Also thought Murray De Pillars was also g..."  [+]  Reply

"Consistent third (and last) album; solid 8.5/10 until the plodder of Big Snake which may have got away with it if it was 90 seconds shorter. Doesn't realy pick up after that with Hey Rusty following, again not the strongest, and finishing with These Days which is a nice closer but no real substan..."  [+]  Reply

"The Swedish version of The Bends by Radiohead in a way. Just remember to listen to the swedish version of this album even though you don't understand Swedish. Trust me, it sounds so much better."  Reply

"I haven't listened to it for years, and by my fanatism of the innovation of Nine Inch Nails' The Downward Spiral came again in the last time, I was expecting that this record hadn't past the stood of time as many of the records I've heard. Suprisingly I was wrong. In this record Richard Patrick p..."  [+]  Reply
