I really liked this album, stands in top 10 of the year for me

I really liked this album when it first came out and it has proven to have rewarded repeated listens over the year. I am very surprised that this flew under the radar mostly. Its a big name collaboration release and is honestly a solid 8/10 album at least!
The opening and closing tracks are spectacular, and there really isn't any filler track in between for me. A very enjoyable moody album to vibe to.

Overall disappointing and a bit of a bummer TBH
Opener "Lux Prima" and closer "Nox Lumina" are rather beautiful , "Woman" rocks and sounds like the Y.Y.Y's and "Turn The Light" is sweet. Unfortunately the remaining tracks are forgettable
As an over all album its a fail
What a crying shame as this combo had great potential (sad face)
Interesting enough without being earth-shattering. A bit Goldfrapp, a bit St.Vincent, a bit Lana Del Rey.

Overall a damn fine album, though I feel its potential wasn't fully realized. A handful of forgettable tracks, but Lux Prima, Turn the Light, Woman and Nox Lumina carry the record well.
