Back in the 70s, when Dan Fogelberg was churning out soft rock like a baby churns out soiled diapers, I never really thought too much about his songs. By the time the 90s rolled around, Fogelberg had matured and taken on a worldly perspective that I found gratifying and relevant to me. This album, "River Of Souls", released in 1993 was one of those latter period efforts and his sensitivity as a songwriter has only become more enhanced.
