Were a great synthpop due, highly recommend listening to their compilations. definitely deserve a higher rating.
Pop duo with a good 8-10 catchy hits which endue multiple listens. Somehow deeper than the general genre they were a part of.

What the Pet Shop Boys did better than almost anyone else was make high quality pop music you actually cared about. It's why their back catalogue is still so strong today, and indeed why they are such a universally likeable band.

Not the biggest fan of that era of the genre but Very is a really strong album. Certainly surprised at how much I liked that album and other songs of theirs.

I don't like their genre of music, but I do like the Pet Shop Boys. I guess that speaks to the level of quality they produce.

Great early on up to the album Behaviour, after that they lost their appeal somewhat
