Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).

WE share a lot of tastes and that's nice! Even if I didn't put some albums that you have in here on my list, I indeed share the love for them as well : songs about jane, dido, marshal matters LP and avril lavigne.

This chart bugs me. It reminds me of my taste in music, about 3 years ago, but it's mixed in with what my taste in music is now, and I how I realize that the stuff before wasn't all that great. Check out my chart, and listen to about 6 or 7 that you haven't heard yet, I'm pretty sure you won't regret it.

Glad you included the Runaways! However, most of this list falls within the same boundaries. Why have the album collection when one free radio station's signal could provide all you need.
