Alright redid a bunch I feel better about it but there are a couple albums that need rearranging.

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. A VERY varied chart for only 50 albums. #1 gives you automatic credibility. Nice Sinatra pick. Love the Heads choice. Looking forward to the expanded list.

A refreshing perspective not full of the usual classic albums. Good to be reminded of the Silver Jews, been meaning to check them out for the best part of 20 years. I like Liquid Swords but Ghostface Killah's Fishscale is my favourite Wu-Tang solo, you should check it out if you haven't already.

Plenty of Radiohead, Liquid Swords, and J Dilla. A good "just missed list" as well. Plus the Earl Sweatshirt. Pretty solid.

There is a lot i love about your chart. Primarily Wolf Gang is up there and you have their two best albums (Journey to the 5th echelon is so fucking underatted isn't it)plus the talking heads album produced by eno. safe

Thanks for the comment, I thought I sorted my chart out, but I guess I didn't. This is the first recommendation so far I haven't heard before, I'll definitely check them out! Just noticed The Good, The Bad & The Queen, DFA1979, great inclusions.
