This has been my favorite since high school. Takes me back to summers driving around at home and hanging out with friends. It's the Arcade Fire album I return to the most since it always feels the easiest to work into my life at the moment. Best song: Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains)

This is an album that I've loved for years but as I've grown up I've found I appreciate and understand it more and more than when I first heard it in 8th grade. Perfect combination of electronics, rock n roll, and emotional lyricism. Best song(s): Dance Yrself Clean, All I Want, Home

Absolutely gorgeous and hands down the best Beach House album. The last side of the album (10 Mile Stereo -> Real Love -> Take Care) is the best run of songs they've ever put out.

While I've always enjoyed Vampire Weekend, this was the album that cemented their status as one of my all-time favorites. Incredible songwriting throughout and a timeless production style help it make this spot. Best Song: "Hannah Hunt"

This album is over 35 years old and it still sounds incredibly fresh. The peak of Talking Heads' discography and home to one of the greatest songs ever recorded, Once In A Lifetime.

One of the few double albums I never tire of, Hurry Up, We're Dreaming is an incredibly epic experience. Each disc of the album mirrors the other which gives the album a very unique structure. Best Song: Midnight City (for my money it's the best song of the 2010s)

Of all albums frequently considered to be the best of all time, Pet Sounds is hands down my favorite. Beautiful orchestration and massive harmonies are used for some of the greatest love songs of all time. It's almost impossible to believe that this album is as powerful to listeners now as it was when it was first released.
