Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some charts can have several thousand ratings)

This chart is rated in the top 16% of all charts on BestEverAlbums.com. This chart has a Bayesian average rating of 85.9/100, a mean average of 84.7/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 86.2/100. The standard deviation for this chart is 14.3.

We have a contemporary prog rock lover, something not too frequent in this webpage. Great selection.

Loooove the prog heavy charts. BEA doesn't have a ton of prog heavy charts so I can't believe I haven't seen this yet.

Great chart with some wonderful and underrated records. Amazing top 10.

Pretty heavy on the prog, but original and worthwhile in that, too. One could argue that prog albums really are the best albums ever. I, too, have a deep (and deepening) love for Hand Cannot Erase, truly one of a kind.

My second comment here, just wondering about Nightwish and Anathema. What kind of music are they, maybe worth listening?

Good Job! Very diverse.
Word of Advice: I wouldn't consider it good form to rate someone else's chart badly because they did it to you, like i get it, it sucks when someone gives your chart a 5/100, but work it out with them in a private message maybe? idk, again I don't want to start a conflict, but idk it doesn't paint you in a sympathetic light to give him a 5/100 because he did it to you idk
