"Part of the beauty of Easter Everywhere is it doesn't sound like it should have happened. It's make-up is just so strange. Roky Eriksson's eccentric, urgent vocal delivery is at times akin to that of a manic preacher, I've no idea what he's singing about but I do not at any point doubt his convic..."  [+]  Reply

"This record is phenomenal start to finish. Easily my favorite primus album. I saw these guys at mammoth events in Denver. Mr. Krinkle from pork soda played on the standup base was so thick you could swim in it..."  Reply

"Its basically just a silly experimental parody of pop music...but underneath that there is something weirdly sad and moving about the resident's music. Like one moment their are funny squonking noises or something, but then we get some pretty minor key piano playing, or that funny but kinda sad c..."  [+]  Reply

"Criminally underrated. This is what pop albums should sound like and this is what smart producers should be doing with sampling. They make good videos too. Check out Junior Kickstart where they somehow manage to turn NYC into the world's largest Ms. Pac Man maze. Outstanding."  Reply

"I can't help but grow tired of the Eastern Europe fanfare feel after the first half. Shame though, guy sure can write a song, has a good voice, and a 00s classic in "Nantes". Good album, very good if you're more partial to the stylistic treatment than I am."  Reply

"Having conquered synth pop with their two previous LPs, the duo decided dance music was next in their sites. Introspective is House music the whole family can dance along to. Their classic pop brilliance is still there, but it's lengthened out and doused in a healthy dose of acid-influenced synth..."  [+]  Reply

"Post Punk and Art Punk. Oh and REALLY GREAT Post Punk and Art Punk. Oh and this band and album is fucing awesome. And the lead speaker is already a first ballot hall of fame vocalist. "This is the ablum that started industrial rock (and from which Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age and Soundgarden got their badass sound). That's a pretty monumental achievement. It's rough and brusque, relentlessly so. One of the most underrated works on this site."  Reply

"A great blend of fun, playful tunes along with much more sobering, mature work. Ben Folds is much more cohesive here than on his other albums, bringing pop and much more rock to the album overall. Start with this album if you're getting into him. The Luckiest is a freakin legendary song. Best Tra..."  [+]  Reply
