"A great early death metal album. The production quality is pretty low, and this is easily one of the least technical albums Death released, but it is still great. If you are interested in getting into old school death metal, this is a good starting point. My favorite track is probably born dead."  Reply

"My personal favorite Funkadelic album (prefer it over the fan favorite "Maggot Brain." Fans of psychedelic music will be impressed. The lyrics take a backseat and the album is more concentrated on jamming. Excellent guita mastery from Eddie Hazel"  Reply

"Ben Gibbard seems to hate this album, basically saying it was thrown together in a recent interview. (i just think he doesn't connect with what he was feeling at that time anymore.) I think it's that at-the-moment, stream-of-consciousness writing that is the album's greatest asset, right alongsid..."  [+]  Reply

"Another classic album from Fairport Convention. This is beautiful folk/rock music with both Sandy Denny and Richard Thompson on top form. Fotheringay, I'll keep it with mine, she moves through the fair, and, meet on the ledge, are the picks for me. Great."  Reply

"Really liked this album a lot—I've got the American version, not the original Dutch version, so it replaces Suzy Lunacy and Just Like Vince Taylor with the nice long, jazzy tune Big Tree Blue Sea. Anyway, I already knew Radar Love was a classic, but the remaining tracks (Candy's Going Bad, The Va..."  [+]  Reply

"As a teenager in 1979, I wore out my air guitar jamming to this one on headphones in my bedroom. Growing up in Nashville, Cheap Trick came through town once a year and I saw them every year for about 12 years. Have seen them several times off and on and while they're a bit older, they haven't mis..."  [+]  Reply

"Wonder if I look like a tourist… I don’t envy their roadies. They must break a shitload of strings. They must have like a gazillion acoustic guitars locked & loaded on the racks in order to make a concert work. Because they don’t so much play their instruments as attack them. Fiercely! This is fo..."  [+]  Reply
