Leonard Cohen is probably my 2nd favourite poet after Bob Dylan so I have quite a few of his albums and this is right up there. Beautifully performed and very personal lyrics. I adore him & this.

I didn't like that much Leonard Cohen's last album. I still listen to some of the songs but it didn't hit me that much, honestly. However, that was a long long time ago. I decided to listen to this due to curiosity (and because it was finished thanks to the help of very great musicians) and wow! I didn't expect this to become my album of the year. It's so so good.
