Atmospheric soundtrack to the 1996 Academy Award winning movie directed by Billy Bob Thornton, this 14 track release co-existed with the film and was distributed on Island Records (Cat#: 314-524 388-2). Primarily featuring the works of Daniel Lanois the album coincides nicely with the film. Emmylou Harris contributes vocals to one of the tracks. Authenticated on discogs.com
