100 - flawless, could be in my top 20 easily
95 - in the conversation for top 100
90 - not quite top 100 material, but pretty damn good
85 - too good for 80, but definitely not 5 stars
80 - can't remove this song from my itunes
75 - wouldn't skip if it came up on shuffle
70 - would probably skip if it came up on shuffle, but still decent
65 - there is a redeeming quality about the track but I'd always skip if it came up on shuffle
60 - I get nothing from listening to this track, not unpleasant but it's filler
55 - actually annoying or difficult to listen to
50 - the absolute worst

Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. I dont know if you have or not but try listening to some more stuff from the late 60's and the 70's. Overall its an ok chart and reflects your personality
