"A great album to lighten up the mood. Most of the songs are silly but infectiously catchy, never dragging too much to be bothersome. It doesn't have a hit, a song I'd name fantastic, but it doesn't have any weak song either Best songs: Old Familiar Way, Nickee Coco, Neat Little Domestic Life, Tul..." [+] Reply
"Decent to good britpop. 5-10 points deducted as my enjoyment is tarnished by part of my brain constantly saying morrisey for the duration of play. Not an entirely original observation I'm sure. Some good songs here though." Reply

"Calexico are a band that's gotten a lot of alt-country buzz over the years, but I've never really gotten into too much. This is one of their more acclaimed albums. About half the tracks are instrumentals, and I tend to get bored during those, but the other half are really nice songs." Reply
